Role Summary

Vince enjoys helping users get the most out of Dyalog. As support desk analyst and software developer, he provides first and second level support. Vince examines aplcores and process dumps, reproduces bugs, logs them, and suggests fixes. Occasionally, he fixes some. Vince mostly works on Dyalog for Microsoft Windows.

Biography

Vince was interested in computers from a young age, starting his computer experience with the Sinclair ZX Spectrum. He studied Computer Science and Economics at University. After graduating in 1996, he looked for work programming in C – he found his first job at Dyalog Ltd and has been here ever since.
